AL-KO hub nut special B for stub axles without split pin
Fitting Instructions:
To fit a new collar nut:
- Tighten the collar nut to 50 Nm, at the same time rotating the hub, until resistance can be felt (use a torque wrench) Back off the collar nut 30 degrees and lock using the special tool
- Stake the collar of the nut into the groove on the stub axle
- End play of 0.05 mm is permitted
- The collar of the nut must not be sheared
- Overtightening the bearings causes bearing damage
- Fit the bearing hub cap.
